BILAGA is a new publishing project by Mari Lagerquist & Lina Persson.  We regularly supply our subscribers with art in mail form and will yearly produce four limited editions of text-art, concrete poetry, cut-ups,  manual art, mail works, collage, printed matters etc. By January 2010 we plan to have our first edition out in the postal system on its way to your mailbox.
